short-term sanity

We’ll find it for you.

(It’s attainable)

Divorce brings out big feelings for everyone. New living situations, relationships, and financial pressures are often at play. Then there’s the stress, the upsets, and the daily dramas. Sleep and self-care tend to go out the window, followed by anxiety and depression. Sometimes it’s all you can do to keep your head above water.

This is all normal. But it’s tough on families – and can lead to unhealthy dynamics and bad decisions.

I work with clients to figure out where they are in the process emotionally – and what needs to happen to ensure that everyone is getting what they need. When appropriate, I combine deep listening with neurolinguistic programming (NLP) – a method for shifting responses to charged situations – to help revise how they approach difficult dynamics.

With clarity and insight into their feelings and responses, clients are able to sleep better, stay healthy, and act powerfully in real-time.
